These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bhaggo OI platform (bhaggooi.ws) and its associated mobile applications. By registering, logging in, or using any service on Bhaggo OI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• Each person may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are found, both will be permanently closed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Bhaggo OI is committed to protecting minors. We may request a copy of a national ID or passport for age verification at any time. If sufficient proof is not provided, the account will remain suspended until verification is complete.

If a parent believes their minor child has created an account, please contact our support team immediately. We will take prompt action.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Receiving payments into third-party accounts or under another person's name is strictly prohibited.

• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be voided or settled in accordance with Bhaggo OI's Sports Rules.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Bhaggo OI reserves the right to void that bet.
• The cash out feature is not available on all bets — it is only available on eligible bets.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift while a bet is being processed, the bet may either be accepted at the new odds or declined.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering Requirements: You must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires ৳20,000 in total bets.
• Time Limit: All bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bhaggo OI provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not directly liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or other factors, though we always work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Betting is a risky activity. Members bear full responsibility for any financial losses. No winnings are guaranteed.

All disputes will first be referred to our support team for resolution. If unresolved, the matter will proceed through a neutral arbitration process.

Bhaggo OI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before doing so. Bhaggo OI also reserves the right to close accounts in cases of terms violation.
